Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 Course Bookings (Individuals)

• Cooling off period: Cancellations within 14 days of purchase (and before course start) are eligible for a full refund.
• After 14 days / after course start: Refunds are not available unless stated otherwise.

1.2 Corporate / Group Bookings

Refunds and transfers are subject to the terms agreed in the service contract or proposal.

1.3 Cancellations by ProLand Academy

If we cancel or reschedule a course, you may choose a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

1.4 Non Attendance

No refunds are provided for non attendance or incomplete courses.

1.5 Consultancy Services

Fees are refundable only as specified in the signed agreement or proposal.

1.6 How to Request a Refund

Submit requests in writing to info@prolandacademy.com with booking details.
