Our History
Henry Matthews, Managing Director, began his career in 2016 within the grounds maintenance, cleaning and security industry, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a clear understanding of what exceptional service looks like. With a strong commitment to quality, reliability and high standards, he went on to co-found Tactical, a facilities management business providing trusted solutions across grounds maintenance, cleaning, security and waste management. Building on years of industry knowledge, Henry later established Pro-Land to share his expertise through professional training and consultancy – supporting organisations to raise standards, strengthen compliance and achieve long-term success.
