WHAT WE TEST
The right check for each item
Equipment is identified before the appropriate inspection and test sequence is completed.
Class 1 appliances
Earthed equipment is visually inspected and electrically tested using the appropriate Class 1 sequence.
Class 2 appliances
Double-insulated equipment is identified, visually inspected and tested using the appropriate Class 2 procedure.
Electrical sockets
Where included in the agreed scope, accessible sockets are checked using suitable socket-testing equipment and the findings are recorded.

Testing is completed methodically so the client receives more than a simple total. Each appliance or socket is identified, checked and given a recorded outcome.

A clear four-stage process

Pass
The item is labelled as passed and its result is entered in the digital register.
Fail — do not use
The item is clearly labelled and the failed result is included in the report for action.
CLEAR CLIENT RECORDS
Digital report and certificate
After testing is completed, a digital report and certificate are generated for the client’s records. The report provides a structured register of the equipment tested and the outcome recorded for each item.
