Highfield Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training (RQF)
This Highfield qualification develops the skills needed to deliver scenario-based conflict management training. It meets Security Industry Authority (SIA) requirements for trainers delivering licence to practise qualifications that include this training.

Course Details
Assessment: A 30-question multiple-choice examination lasting one hour (20 correct answers required), a portfolio of evidence and a practical demonstration.
Duration: 5 days / 32 guided learning hours (43 total qualification hours)
Entry requirements: Learners must be aged 18 or over and hold a suitable teaching or training qualification. Level 2 literacy is advised.
