The Highfield Level 1 Award in Health and Safety Awareness (RQF) has been created to give learners an understanding of the hazards and risks within their working environment. It can also be used to train learners who are preparing for employment, and provides them with an understanding of the main responsibilities of employees and employers in terms of health and safety.
